1) Yes, Business Central Comes With the Standard Budget Processing and Service Management Module to Help with Your Budget Comparison and Project Management.
2) Yes, With the Customization can be done.
3) They Are lot of Useful apps (With Charge) in Microsoft App source to help you with your HRMS or You can Customize Your Own With the help of Technical Consultant.
4) Yes, Business Central Available in Indian Localization(GST,TDS,TCS).
5) Business Central Have a Separate Master to Maintain Fixed Assets and Its Related Calculation.
6) Yes, In business central calculation of depreciation is comes with the Single Click Calculate.
7) Yes, It provides the Cost Accounting module with its own Chart of account and Ledger Entries.
8) As I said in the first point , it does provide Project Management with Timesheet and Capacity Ledger Entries.
