Hi Community,

I would like to see Service Quote, but whenever I print out, it showed me another quote format and not 5902.

Is there anywhere I missed out on changing the format of my sales quote?

Are you doing this at report selection service or report selection sales?

For service you have to use the report selection service page.

Also check that the customer does not have a alternative report selected in the document selection on the customer card.

Hi, You need to confirm the following places

    1. Report Layout Selection

    2. Report Selection - Service (Maybe this is the page in your screenshot)

    3. Document Layouts on the Customer Card.

    Hi Inge,

I have checked Report Selection - Service, it is placed as service quote id 5920.

I went to customer to check the Document Layouts, I see that inside there is a document 119.

But when I preview Service quote, I see another report id 204. any idea?

    Hello,

I ran the scenario and I did do what yzhums  suggested and it uses the correct quote layout. If it does not work for you, feel free to raise it to Microsoft via your partner or CSP.

    Thank you.

    Hi joshtechsolutions

Can you take a screenshot showing what menu item you use when the report 204 is printed?

Hi Igne, thanks for coming back.

I have check from here Report Laypout - service that the format is  5902 Service Quote

    pastedimage1659054524307v1.png

Then I proceed to print at Service quote, but it turns out to be 204 format. Why is this so?

The document layout for this customer is using Statement 116.
