Bank account transaction was not showing in the reconciliation

Hi,
 
For your kind assistance.
Some transactions are not showing at bank reconciliation.
when I check the transaction, it have mark as cleared but not reconciled as shown below:
 
Is this the reason why it is not showing at bank recon transactions?
 
How to fix the issue? Thank you in advance.
