MTD: Application Specific Parameters "ExternalServiceEndpoints"

Hi All, 

I have recently upgraded to 10.0.25. I have configured MTD as per normal however i am facing an issue when trying to retrieve the VAT obligation. 

I get the below error:

"Running electronic message processing Running action 'Test retrieve VAT obligations' Application-specific parameters are not defined for the running version of "MTD VAT web request headers format (UK)" format either their configuration is not marked as "Completed". Public IP address of client and server cannot be defined automatically without setup of external web-service address. To setup external web-service address and allow system collecting public IP address of client and server automatically, go to Electronic reporting workspace to define and complete configuration of Application-specific parameters for "MTD VAT web request headers format (UK)" or consult with your system administrator."

I go to the application specific parameters and have this:

Can someone please help me as i  do not know what i need to be putting into the highlighted fields above, where and how do i get these details??

    Hi partner,

    To enable Finance to collect client and server public IP addresses, as of 10.0.22 version, you must set up the ExternalServiceEndpoints_LOOKUP application-specific parameter for the MTD VAT web request headers format (UK) format under Electronic Messages framework model in the Electronic reporting workspace.

    Please check MS document:

    Where can I find the ExternalServiceEndpoints? i

    I have read the documentation but i do not know what details i need to enter, where do i find the details for the ExternalServiceEndpoints?

    Apologies if this is a dumb question!

    "In the ExternalServiceEndpoint field, specify the HTTPS address of the external web service that will be called when a request is initiated to HMRC's MTD VAT API to collect the client public IP address",

    It require the address of the web service , please check the information of the specific external API.
