Hi,

Can you help , we have set teh prefix +44 in advance settings and personalization settings and it is not working when we send an SMS - it drops the 44.

What is blocking the prefix setting from populating our number fields, these are part of the SMS For Dynamics app to help support the settings?

The image is what it is supposed to look like.
