Whenever my client tries to enter an Account range, date range or any range that can be selected on the Financial Trial Balance report, they are not appearing in the Restrictions area. If you try to add the date for instance, a message pops ups that there is already a range in the restrictions. If you highlight the blank error to remove the range selection, a message pops up that there is not range selected. This is happening on one workstation only, GP 10, and all reports in the system for all users logging into GP on this machine, sa included.
Please advise if you have seen this problem. Thanks

Sounds like a corrupt report. Is the reports dictionary local to the workstation?
