Hi, the user manuals come on the FRx CD, or you could talk to Richard Whaley (https://community.dynamics.com/user/Profile.aspx?UserID=29650) I believe his company does training manuals and he may have training manuals for Frx. The alternative is to ask your GP Partner for training.
