How to edit User Define 1 entries? (GP 2018)

My company uses GP, and we have a long list of employees who no longer work here, stuck in the User Define 1 entries. No one knows how to remove those entries.

In GP 2018, is there a way to delete User Define 1 Entries? If so, how?

Dynamics GP has User Defined Fields in many locations.

What window do the User Defined 1 field you are talking about appear on?

A screenshot of what you mean would be really helpful.
