    Hi,

Can we Enable the Auditing in Categories Entities Type. Yes you can.

As there is Limitation from Microsoft that We cannot Enable it from its Properties . Nope.

just few limitation : When audit log search is turned on in the Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center, user and admin activity from your organization is recorded in the audit log and retained for 90 days.

Office has a 3KB limit for each audit record.

    Hi Arshad,

    Thank you for the Update.

As I am Using out of the Box Entity Named "Category".

When I tried to Modify the Auditing Property in the Entity ("Category"). I am Not Able to Modify. It is in Disabled State.

Am I Missing Something Here? Do I need to Enable Something Else Before Enabling this.

    Hi ,

Some of the entities are not applicable for auditing for example : Case Suggestion, Category, chatbot etc.  For reference please find the screenshot and follow it.

Once you click on that it will be navigate to you entity area see the below screen.

Now see the Audit Status column some the entity is having enable, disable status but some of the entity is having not applicable status.

We can only audit entity which is having enable or disable status but we can't do anything with Not Applicable.
