We have Lead scoring set up but it is not giving any scores to leads or contacts. We have enabled it in settings and have lead scoring triggers on form submits.
The form submits create a contact and a lead (if applicable). The part we notice that doesn't make that much sense to us is that it doesn't tick the switch "is existing contact" automatically, even when they're both created from the same action. Is that supposed to be like that?
Furthermore, on the contact record we don't see the actual form submit under insights.
I am pretty sure that the actual conditions are sound, since they're really simple (form submit starts with..).

Hi, thanks for your reply. I just had contact with Microsoft support and in this case it was an update issue. They ran the update again and now it all works fine.
Can you get success by running a simple scoring model?
Today we also find that there is no captured form submission in insights tab of marketing form, and create a ticket for this problem.
