Set up Bin Maintenance in Inventory Item Card

Hi All,

We are setting the manufacturing process in Great Plain, and have come across the Site Maintenance & Bin Maintenance.  Am I correct.. when I create

1)  Site --> Manufacturing

2)  3 Bins -->    one for Raw Material

                        one for Finished Product

                        one for  Work in Process

Please advise.

    Site is where inventory is stored or located.  Bins are located within a site and allow more granular location information than does a site.  For instance, a shelf on a rack might be identified as a bin within a site.
