Hello,

I'm using D365 F&O and am trying to identify where I can retrieve the Cost Price that is used to calculate the Cost Amount in Cycle Counts.

Does anyone know if there is an existing report for this or would I need to build a custom data entity?

Hi Michael,

I haven't seen such a report or the requirement myself before. You can consider a customization to get a report or data entity.

You can refer to this official document: Build and consume data entities - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn, this tutorial shows how to build an entity and how to consume some out-of-band (OOB) entities in an integration scenario. You can also try custom reports, using tools like power BI.
