ReportAs we all know, the Workflow Task Transfer function in Business Portal 5.1 only moves HR-type docs. Is there a function that lets someone easily move Purchase Requests from User A to User B? Our scenario: User A is an approver in the workflow, then User A abruptly leaves the scene but still has items in his queue. The Workflow Task Transfer option will move his employee's timesheets and vacation requests to User B. But what about the Purchase Requests? What we ended up doing: we moved User A underneath User B in the BP approval hierarchy. This allowed User B (User A's replacement) to view User A's stranded Purchase Requests and approve them. I am hoping there's some other utility to do this, though? Something that would just "move" the items directly into User B's queue like the Workflow Task Transfer does for timesheets and vacation requests? Thoughts? Advice?
