Hour utilization error

Hi.

When I try to export Hour utilization to excel I receive a error message. It there a fix for this?

Project > Projects > Control > Hour Utilization > Export to Excel

Message:

Method 'item' in COM object of class 'PivotFields' returned error code 0x800A03EC (<unknown>) which means: Item method of PivotFields class failed.

Hi

This is a common problem i too faced while importing and exporting.

Before exporting make sure Excel is not opened and also check windows processes and kill if the excel is running in the procesess.then try to export.
