I'm working as a deskside support engineer and lately we had a couple of issues with the CRM addin in outlook.
After installation of SQL, CRM and rollup 20 update everything works fine.
Not long after we were asked to install WebEx productivity tools, which is also working as an addin in Outlook.
Everything worked fine, but after the first WebEx meeting attended or started on the PC the CRM folders all seem empty as you can see in the picture below.
When we go to our production server via Internet Explorer we have (obviously) still access to all the data.
As I am not at all a dynamics expert I'm a little stuck here. I don't know how WebEx can change how CRM works, and I don't know where Outlook stops loading the data.
I hope someone can help me with this.
