Workflow process not complete?

(0) ShareShare
ReportReport
Posted on by

We are using self service for our employees and have been since November...workflows have been working well until recently

We have 3 employees when the payroll admin opens their employee cards we receive the message "The workflow process for this employee is not complete"

There aren't any outstanding workflows that we can find.

I have reviewed the WFI1000X and WF30100 tables and all of the workflows for these employees have the appropriate completed status codes.

Anybody have an idea of where to look next?

Thank you....

Michael in Miami

    RE: Workflow process not complete?

    Sorry for the delay.

This has to do with people starting a workflow but not submitting it, saving it only.

One option is to have the employee submit the incomplete workflow, for what ever reason that didn't work for us...employee terminated I think.

I believe I needed to change the workflow status in WFI10002 on these employees.

    I believe from a '4' to a '6'

    Here is a helpful link...

     I hope this helps....

Did you ever get an answer for this?  We have the same problem.

    Thanks,

    Hi Geoff,

Thank you for responding. I did inactivate the workflow but the system still thinks a process is still out there...     :-(

    Hi Michael,

Can you try this below as a workaround?

Update:  we deactivated the workflow to get around the 'workflow process for this employee is not complete' error message, ran the integration and then reactivated the workflow.
