SMTP Forwarding Rules? - Mail Setup Business Central

So i have added a user to send email from which is really easy to do.

However i want to forward emails going from Business Central to another mailbox so we have copies.

There doesn't seem to be any rules to BCC/CC in a email address as default

The only workaround i have come up with is.

Create a new licensed office 365 account and log in as the user on Business Central
Set up a rule to forward all mail to another new mailbox in the organisation (as you cant forward outside the organisation)
Then from this account set up a rule where "Business name - Invoice" forwards to the desired location.

Is there an easier way to do this from Business Central as i worry about the reliability of this? When you manually send each Invoice there is an option to CC or BCC, but no way to pre-fill this it seems?

As far as I know, there is no way to fill in the CC/BCC by standard.

However, if you access the page directly by using ?page=2128, you can add CC and BCC there. There is no way to filter which outgoing email though.

Another way is to try to do it from outside Business Central, such as using the Exchange Admin Center - Mail Flow.
