Hi D365 Marketing Expert,
Is it possible to show detail information such as custom tile name from Custom Channel Activity in Insight Report?
Below is the picture what I expected,
Here's the steps what I've done:
1. There is a new contact named Fuzzy Sukoco.
2. This contact has opened an email then continue to the next tile which the tile is ISV Custom Channel.
3. In this Custom Channel, the workflow run to send app notification to Fuzzy Sukoco.
4. After the process executed, the feedback from external system submitted to custom action which is CustomChannelActivityCreateInteraction.
5. When user admin checked the insight report, the insight tile only show 'Custom channel response' and the timestamp.
What we expect are : there is a detail information such as Custom Tile Name or Custom Tile Lookup Record.
Is it possible to change the 'Custom channel response' or add some detail information in insight tile? Or is there any step that I missed?

Thanks Audrey for clarifying your scenario offline. We are reviewing the use case, and it does seem like a gap that we will put into our backlog.
