Dynamics 365 Outlook App error

Hi, 

I'm getting an issue with the Outlook App which in outlook when I open it up I get the following, despite having both the system admin and Dynamics 365 Outlook App security roles already.

Help me resolve this issue

    Hello ,

    Thanks for reaching out to Dynamics Community Support.

    As per the error, it seems related to a script which is having issues while rendering app. Can you please try the same in action from outlook web access and share the behavior. Also would like to know if you click on "Help me resolve this issue" do you get any article to resolve this issue.

    Is this happening while opening a record? It sounds there is an error in the jscript file of that form.

    Hi Erhan,

    It occurs when i open up any email and click to open the outlook app on the ribbon in that email.

    Hope that makes sense?

    1.You could try to clear your browser caches.

    2.Try to give the "model-driven app" permission.
