Create Field Service Contract through webservice or eConnect

Hi all,

Is it possible to create a Service Contract (i.e. Contact Administration screens) through the webservice or eConnect. I can seem to find any references to it, found the following in eConnect :

Field Service

but these don't seem to be the contract itself?

Any references would be great!

    Hi Guys,

    Thanks for the question; eConnect only has the nodes that you have noted to import in Field Service data. There are no nodes to import contract.

    There are no nodes in integration manager for field service either that you can use. The options that you have are:

    GP Table import - this does not do any data validation so it is not supported.

    Direct Import into SQL - this also does not perform any data validation so it is not supported either.

    Use Mail Merge to Import the data. We note how you can do this on this blog:

    blogs.msdn.com/.../how-to-use-word-mail-merge-and-macros-to-import-data.aspx

    There is a third party application that you can purchase from EOne Solutions that allows you to create custom eConnect nodes; Nodebuilder. You can use this to create Contract Administration nodes in eConnect.
