Hello guys,

when i am creating the business rule in crm 2015 ,i am getting some problem,

If type =credit card select

crdit card type is required,

CCnumber is required,

ccexpmonth is required.

If type=ACH select

bank name is required.

Accout no is required.

Routing no is required.

when i am filled up the credit card all details.click save button its saving but after saved its showing the ccnumber field is required.ERROR

    Hello Quader,

    Is option set values updated by some javascript on form load or by other events?

    Make sure you are not changing option set element values defined in system.

    Please check your form onload and onchange event. Is there any javascript for this field which is changing field requirement. Also check for same reason workflow and if exist plugin feature,

    Hi Quader,

    Are you populating the field "ccnumber" before saving?

    and do you have an inverse business rule to make the field 'not required' when the type is changed from credit card select to some other type, I assume this could be your problem?

    Let me know if this doesn't resolve the issue.
