Account - Contact parental relationship isn't working (CRM 2013 and 2016 sp1)

Hi,

Has anyone had any issues with the parental relationship between Account and Contact? I'm seeng errors on one of our customers when they disable an Account with underlying Contacts. The error is that the Contacts aren't disabled as they should be because of the parental relationship. Ther tracelog says:

Error: There is no entity map defined for the given entities
Error Number: 0x80040E01
Error Message: There is no entity map defined for the given entities
Error Details: There is no entity map defined for the given entities
Source File: Not available
Line Number: Not available
Request URL:
Stack Trace Info: [CrmException: There is no entity map defined for the given entities]
   at Microsoft.Crm.Application.Platform.ServiceCommands.PlatformCommand.XrmExecuteInternal()

I've tried this on three different 2013 servers with different organizations with the same result. I also tried this in one of our CRM 2016 sp1 on premise servers which is fairly new. On a completely new organization without any customizations at all I get the same error. I'm thinking that this is not an error that's only happening at our servers but the funny thing is that there aren't any reported issues I can find on the global computer network, internet, or my go... bing-fu is very weak.

Thanks!

    Ok, this wasn't an error but rather the way it's supposed to work. It's sort of annoying that the CRM server throws an error thought which made me think it's an error....
