Hi Community

We are looking to use the BPay functionality of xBank to import the file to the Commonwealth Bank. The csv file is generated however the CBA banking portal has a problem with the formatting of the file. Is there a trick to getting the format correct for CBA BPay?

    The question you're asking is related to a product from a specific VAR/reseller so you're unlikely to get an answer here for that. I would suggest reaching out to UXC Eclipse directly.

    Hi David

    I am the product manager internally for a similar product to xBank for the NZ and Australian market.  What I can add to this is that the bank does change their formats and often as developers we don't know it until a client has an issue.  I am currently working through a similar query with a client where we need to adjust the format file.

    For our product, changes to the bank format need developer intervention.  It may be the same with xBank.  So for that to happen, the reseller of the product needs to know that there is an issue as Jen noted below.
