Dear all,

There are currently two different end-user groups within the team (Project Operation & Sales Enterprise modules).

There are around 4 users within project ops team but with the minimum purchase quantities of 20 .... Is it possible for project ops users to share usage on one separate environment created under the Sales Enterprise tenant without the requirement of 20 min license quantities ?

Hi. There's really nothing you can do to escape the 20 license minimum when purchasing from CSP or direct from the M365 admin portal. There is a PSA to ProjOps offer available for CSP without the 20 license minimum but that only applies if you're moving from PSA to ProjOps. If by shared usage you're referring to 4 people using 1 user account and a single license then the answer is no: That's not allowed. It's multiplexing.
