Department is  part of organizational hierarchy,

I suggest you can set it as financial dimension

Please verify and update us with your findings

    Hi Anna,

There are two ways to link the department to a worker.

The first straight forward is linking the Department to a Position. A position is assigned to a worker.

The second is creating a financial dimension and link the financial dimension "Department" on the worker details per employed legal entity.

The first method is used for position hierarchies and policies. The second is used to find a dimension to be used in postings like project hours.
