VOC not working

I cannot get the Voice of the Customer working for one of our clients.  I am getting API failures from the Organization Insights Dashboard on it:

Anyone seen this before?  Dynamics version 8.2.2, VOC version 9.0.8.  Thanks in advance!

    This is not related to any type of business specific permission on Azure. It works for all business type. Seems there is an issue with the org side. As advised better open ticket with MS.

    Reinstalled, created new survey and replied.  Same non-results.  Will have to open case.  Am I the only one having this issue?  It is for a non-profit, could they perhaps not have Azure permissions?  Received this error is Org Insights API By Failures:

    Hi LLB ,

    In that case please try removing and installing VOC again and cosider raising a ticket with Microsoft also.

    Try to reinstall the voc solution in your dev and see. If still not working we hv to chk other possible ways

    The user is already a system administrator.

    It is all of the surveys.

    Please assign Admin role to this user id and try "user (Id=<GUID>"

    Is this only for a specific survey or all the surveys in the org?
