WORKORDER ENDED BUT POP UP ERROR

HI All, 

i have problem when ENDED workorder. 

the erorr msg as below :

A Critical error has occurred in function InventCostMovement.Checkvariance

and this Workorder costing is duplicate total up. 

may i know what is root causes this? 
and how to solve it ?

    HI,

    Are you operating an older AX2012 version?

    I am asking because there are a number of issues reported on LCS.

    Please have a look at the fixes available there; they might fix the issue your report.

    Hi,

    Yes i am using AX Dynamic 2012.

    i have reported to other AX user backend to help fix this

    , but unfortunately they cannot find what is the exact problem causes this erorr.

    and now our finance have a duplicate costing in our system monthly report

    Hi AXUSERAQUA,

    I would recommend opening a support incident with Microsoft if you are still experiencing issues.

    This is what shows in LCS when filtering on AX 2012 R3 for this error message:
