Dear all

I have configured my personal email on my dynamics user to send some emails out of some workflow actions.

Now, emails are going under my name, but I want to send these emails using a new email like (CRM@myOrganization.com) , the question is , do I have to create a new user and lose a new license just to achieve this goal?

Hi Ahmad,

A user queue might help you out here, if you're not using the queue for anything else. If you go to your user record and click on Default Queue, you could set a different email address there. Then, in your workflow, instead of {Owner(Entity)} in the From field, use {Default Queue{Owning User (User)}} and it should send from the queue address instead of your main address.

thanks Goutam, this is a good workaround, but again if i need this to be a standalone email then i have to waste one license, right?

Try to change user first name like CRM@myOrganization.com and keep last name blank.
