I would like to use Loads for logistics process for items which are not warehouse management enabled.
Item has marked as: Use transport management process; Warehouse is WMS enabled.
I create a SO, move SO line to Load planning workbench and create a Load.
Once I get the exact volume which is loaded to vehicle, I try to update Load line.
If Quantity is bigger then original on, there is an error: The quantity is too high.
If Quantity is less then original on, there is an error:It is not allowed to set warehouse management information for items that do not use warehouse management processes.
Does it mean, that Load is totally useless if item is not WMS enabled?
Same issue with Transfer orders. And there is even more "fun". If there is a Load for TO and I pick quantity on TO line, and then try to Ship, on Ship dialog, there is no line generated by selecting any of Update options: Ship now, All, Picked. As soon as Load is removed, everything works fine.
Picking works fine for SO line and packing slip posting is possible based on Picked quantity even there is a Load connected.
Somehow seems, there is not something fully done in standard solution.
