I want to add new custom field on case resolve form. Any Suggestions how this can be achieved?

    Hi hardikchauhan,

You can not edit "case (incident) resolution form", because "incidentresolution" entity can not be edited

    Hi,

Unless you create your own ribbon button and add your own web resource which will replicate the same functionality, there is no way to do it - you cannot add new fields to the case resolution entity or change the layout of the existing form (it's not customizable)
