Im facing issue while running the DDMRP kindly request you to please suggest a solution for the same version 10.0.33
The steps followed for setups were using the Microsoft Learn documents & Tech Talk session recording
Scenario - For a manufacturing company which has make to order policy , on FG item there is no Min/Max/Reorder points (means no coverage code defined) , where as on Raw materials required to manufacture that FG are having the DDMRP coverage code defined and Min/Max/Reorder levels defined.
The sales order for the FG is entered (which is the demand) and DDMRP run is executed for the FG item.
Issues Faced -
1) After executing the run, there are no planned orders are not displayed for the items on the tiles.
2) When executing the run without product filter, the orders are displayed in tiles and planned orders screen, but the output values differ (demand is not considered and sometimes considering wrong on hand inventory)
3) No function to Approve/Firm the planned order from DDMRP workspace
Customers requirement is when he executes the DDMRP run for the FG item, as in case of standard master planning he should be able to view the explosion.
FG items will not have any of the coverage codes defined.
Can anyone provide a suitable solution for the same with stepwise configurations for the same.
