How do we add to our portal the table of contents and the 'what is in this article' guide to our KB articles like we see on learn.microsoft.com?

    Hi Jessica,

There is no OOTD solution to add the table of content like the learn.microsoft.com.

The Knowledge Base page are designed by the Web Template which using Liquid Template.
