I wanted to know if its just me or the 'Send Email' functionality is not available in the 'Sales Invoice' page anymore. Like we have a scenario where we need to just send out Proforma/Draft before its posted whereas the only way to acheive this is if I am posting and sending. Screenshot provided for reference. Your feedback and expertise in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Hi, Yes, this is a standard feature. I know this is a bit strange but in BC it is possible to send Posted Sales Invoice but sending Sales Invoice is not recommended.
If you don't mind doing it manually, you can print it out and send it to the client.
