User 1 is not authorized to sign for this checkbook - ????? - reviewed the tasks for the user and not seeing anything to authorized a checkbook - does anyone have any suggestions?  (Thanks)

    Do you use Electronic Signatures, Mekorma or other 3rd party or customization?  If so, I would take a look at the setup in those products/modules.
