Email warning message is shown in activity panel

I need to hide/disable the warning message shown in activity panel for my email messages. I've used the OrgDbOrgSettings tool. I set value 3 for SecuritySettingforEmail entry and the warning was removed from emails(in their forms). Anyway the warning message is still visible in activity panel

When i open the email there is no any text in email body. Any suggestion?
