Did the server name change on the GP server after SQL was installed? Go into SSMS and run SELECT @@SERVERNAME. Does it match the server name.?

I believe you screenshot is from GP Utilities & if so, this server would be controlled by the ODBC connection that you're selecting when you're opening the application (just like if you were opening GP).  Change the ODBC or add a new one to the server that you'd like to deploy the database to, re-launch the application, & then select the new ODBC from the drop-down list.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Kyle
