Company Hub Not Accessing All Companies

Hi:

I'm logged in as the administrator and with the Business Manager role.

I have created the Company Hub, for convenience, even though the only environment in place is Production.

When I "start from" the live company, I can access the test company as well as CRONUS from the Company Hub.

If I start from the test company, I can access CRONUS from the Company Hub.  But, if I try to access the live company, I get the error shown below.

We do have Multi-Entity Management installed, though, it's not completely set up.

Otherwise, what is causing this issue and what is the fix?

    Hi, From your description, you have access to all companies, so it shouldn't be a permissions issue. 

    So are you referring to clicking on the company name below, and then unable to open the live company?

    According to your error message, it seems that the company name is incorrect. But here the company name is added automatically. This is very strange.

    I think you can try Reload and see if the company name is correct in the URL that opens.
