I am not able to create record using "+"  on global search which is next to Accounts, Contacts. Do we need to enable it manually?

    I tried refreshing the browser and re-logged in to organization. But still, i m facing the same issue.

    Hi Andrii,

    We tried on different browsers as well as different machines. But still, we are facing the same issue. Is there any setting part to enable/disable it?

    Have you tried other browser/other computer? If you still can reproduce that issue with other browsers/computer you should get in touch with Microsoft Support and open a support ticket.

    Hi Andrii,

    Thank you for the reply. But, on my Dynamics 365 on-premise instance, the "+" button itself is not clickable.

    Hello,

    I believe it should not be configured. I have fresh trial instance without customizations and creation works fine for me:
