Hi,
I need to create an SSRS report for finance and operations, I have seen a lot of samples for CRM, but not for finance and operations. I tried to apply the same logic but it didnt go well.
Do anyone have a sample I can follow? I am really missing the basics here.
Thanks
Astrid

I don't know where you could find the best introduction. You can easily find several blogs posts with tutorials, which can give you some idea, but they aren't perfect. For example, look at How to Create SSRS Report in D365, but don't copy the code blindly, because there are quite a few problems init. Still, it should work as an introduction.
Note that reports utilizes SysOperation framework and having some idea about it is important. The framework automatically creates dialogs for your parameters, allow running reports in batch and do other important things.
