Filtering a segment by Choices column in the Account

Hi

We have a custom Choices column on the Account object called 'Customer Groups'. We would like to produce a segment for each possible answer (and note, it's Choices not Choice, so there might be multiple true values). We designed this but it's not working and tbh I'm a bit stumped:

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

    Hi Nick,

    I think the relationship you chose is wrong. Please try to modify it into Contact -> Account(Company Name).

    The related field can be found in the Query view of the segment.
