Trial Balance Window Error

when I try to open the trial balance report window the system throws an error that says:

"[Microsoft

[SQL Server Native Client 10.0[SQL Serverindex 'i100569_I_100569IDX_527DA77AF785483A813BA8ED68A1E00A' 
on table 'tempdb.DBO.t100569_527DA77AF785483A813BA8ED68A1E00A' have 21 columns in the key list. The maximum limit 
for the index key column list is 16.>>"

And this is the query that error window shows me:

But I dont know where the query is for fix the issue... How can I find it?

Hi Magnum,

You might need to ask your developer to debug the process. There may be some customisation where the new fields are getting added as part of the index. You can also check below discussion on similar topic where people ran into same issue due to adding more than 16 fields in an index.

Hi,

Can you select a different financial dimension set that includes less financial dimensions and then try running the trial balance again?

Maybe try using a financial dimension set that includes the main account and a single findim only.

The ammount of the transactions are so big because the inflation (Venezuela), when we do select a different financial dimension the trial balance runs fine. Problem occurs when we select one of these accounts with really big numbers.

There is no customization made on trial balance.

Hello Magnum,

One of the issues that I see is that the trial balance cannot display more than 10 findims in the online form. Even with a small number of data that is just not going to work in the standard application. So, please try using a different findim set.

In case the number of data is the issue, then consider making use of BI tools that are based on a separate database for analytical purposes.
