Hi Experts,

I am trying to change vendor name for a PO approval status is "In Review" Further we have workflow on Purchase orders.The error which i am facing while making vendor name from table becuase there is no edit option on front-end the error is "Changes to the document are only allowed in state Draft, because change management is activated."

    Yes, correct, in any case if the PO is in review, you have to complete the workflow, either reject or approve, then only it is possible.

    Hi Both,

    The issue was resolved as one of our user reject the PO and the PO approval status changed to "Rejected" after that i was able to change the vendor name, thanks to all of you for your valuable suggestions.

    In the PO Header view, on the Setup tab, are you able to untick 'Activate change management'?

    Hi,

    This is OOB function, you can not change the PO while is in 'in review' state

    You need to get this approved- confirmed- request change and then edit.
