Installed extensions list page - can't add ID column

On the Installed Extension list page aka the Extension Management page I can't add the ID column to the list. If I try Personalize, no fields are available to add. If I try the designer when I drop the ID column on the list I get a "An error occurred while applying designer changes. Please try again." with no error details. Is there a way to show the extensions' Id in the list so I don't have to click on each extension to see it?

I got the same problem as you did using the designer.

The problem is that the system application have defined this page with the scope "OnPrem" and that means that it is not extendable. So this means you can not add columns that are not already in the page.

I have not checked if this is changed in BC 2022 Release Wave 1

Unfortunately, BC2022 release wave 1 still don't allowed to add ID field on Extension Management page.
