Exchange Rate Does Not Exist for Posting MC Computer Cheques

We printed a batch of US cheques using an exchange rate with date 8/22 in the transaction.  We cannot post it.  Keeps saying the Exchange Rate Does Not Exist but it does.  I've modified the start and end dates with the rate that clearly falls within the date range of the cheques and the batch, but we cannot post it.  The cheques have been mailed.

    Are you definately looking at the correct FX Rate Table?

    Try adding a new rate - same FX rate and same date range.

    Yes definitely the right one.  Even if I created a new one, can't modify the cheque or payments after cheques have been printed.  Can't void, can't post, can't do anything.  

    I ended manually removing all the payments and apply information, then when I ran check links, all the invoices are now in history UNapplied.  What a mess.

    It sounds like you have manually removed the documents and the invoices are now in history unapplied.

    At this point, it will likely be best to remove history on the invoices and re-enter if needed. Let us know if you need any assistance on this. You likely have already resolved it.
