For an existing Service Item we chose the option Synchronize with the option "Send update to Dynamics 365 for Sales"
Although expected a GUID from CRM the value is a lot of zeros for the bx_zekerheidsplanid (custom tabel/field). Question: what do we need to do to receive a valid GUID from CRM?
