Hi guys, greetings to you.Anyone knows how to fix this? It happened everytime my browser is started up after computer is turned on.This is happening in some of my browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Opera. This happened when I use "On Startup: Continue where you left off" browser setting.I use this setting because I need many of my browser tabs to be still opened from the previous session.Everytime, I have to clear browser's cache and cookies to be able to relogin and access the D365FO again.
Best Regards,Antony
Hi Michael,
The session inactivity timeout setting represents the amount of time a user can be inactive before the user's session times out and closes, you can set it follow these steps:Select System administration > Setup > System parameters to open the System parameters page>General tab>Session management.
Hi Judy, I am sorry but I think it is not about session timeout, because this is the first time D365FO is opened after the computer is started up. This happens when I first opened the web browser, and the tab from the previous is opened, then this is happened.
There is a bug registered for this: fix.lcs.dynamics.com/.../Details
Unfortunately it seems like the "fix" is to repeatedly clearing cookies from you browser.
