I want to display sales line data in tabular report based on the sales invoice header dates. and some columns in sales Line table selection values, but unfortunately im unable to get the results.. pls guide me.

    dataitem sales invoice line should have dataitemindent 1 not 0. click right arrow.

    then add the needed fields in section editor.

    after changing it im getting the data, but it is not in the tabular format, every record im getting header again, which I dont need header always

    Check the Sections.

    Where did you add Header lines? in body sections?

    Move to header section and try..

    hi,

    start a new report on base of table sales invoice line, use the report wizard, use tabular style. run through wizard, group by document no.

    if needed you can later add dataitem sales invoice header (at first line).

    at the end you should get something like:

    Please move the fields from Sales Invoice Line , Header sections to Sales Invoice Header, Header sections.

    But still the same and even if I remove sales invoice line header 1, 2. I suggest do it in your system with same requirment, see wht needs to be done

    If you see carefully then you have added fields in Sales Invoice Header, Body section and not Sales Invoice Header, Header section
