Customer payment days configuration for 15th and last day of month

Hi All,

our subsidiary company is in Spain and we are rolling out D365fo to them. one of the requirement is that, they have day of payment as below. how can i configure this in D365?

1. one payment in a month --> Last day of each month

2. two payments in a month --> 15th and last day of each month

I have the same question (0)

Hi Yog,

If you set Day of month as 31 - system will adjust and calculate always to the last day of the month - e.g. February 28.

I understood Point number 2.

For Point 1 - Will system find last day automatically (i.e. date 28 for feb, 31st for March and 30th for april) if I have Day of month as 31st?

Hi YOG,

Yes, you can configure this in D365. Please follow the steps below for the second scenario you have described.

Accounts payable > Payment setup > Payment days

On the Week\Month field, select Month

On the Day of the month field, Enter 15
