Hi,
Last month we have implemented the standard P.R & P.O workflow process and activated the mobile services for approving the workflow thru email (mobile/system).
No issues till yesterday, but suddenly some of the users are informed that they cant able to approve the P.O thru email and status is showing as "The workflow action is Failed". So we have checked the particular inbound port services and it's active only.
But service operation id not there, due to the above error occurs. Now we have added and it's working fine now.
Is anybody know, why the service operations id removing automatically from inbound port services?.
