We have installed the TaxJar connector by Unitech Solution in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, but Sales Orders are still calculating tax using the standard BC tax engine instead of TaxJar.
Could you please advise on:
Required setup to enable TaxJar as the active tax engine
How to ensure Sales Orders calculate tax via TaxJar
Any mandatory Tax Area / External Tax Engine configuration
Common reasons why BC continues using the standard tax calculation
Availability of official setup documentation for this connector
